Exceptional homemade breakfast delivered to your room.
I was disappointed by the noise from neighboring rooms. It felt like the walls were too thin, making it hard to relax at night. The bathroom was cramped, which made it difficult to get ready comfortably, especially with inconsistent shower pressure that detracted from my stay.

Staying at Eyvindarholt Guesthouse felt like a breath of fresh air. The studio apartment had a clean and modern design, providing us with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. Breakfast was simply outstanding! Every morning, a variety of Icelandic selections—fresh bread, yogurt, and delicious cakes—were delivered right to our door. It was so plentiful that we even had leftovers for lunch. The amazing host, Áslaug, always inquired about our breakfast timing to fit our plans perfectly. The location is beautiful, with serene views that added to the tranquility of our stay. A few minor drawbacks included the limited space in the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped at times. Also, the shower pressure was inconsistent, making it less than ideal. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. I can't recommend this place enough for a peaceful retreat near Reykjavik!
